Q: I have a new name, title or address. How do I let the Alumni Association know?

A: To change your name, title or address, call the Alumni Records Office at 0836-2378210 if you are not a registered member. Otherwise you have editing facilities on web site.

Q: Can you tell me about the Online Alumni Directory?

A: Access is free to all alumni (graduates or those who have successfully completed at least one semester in a degree-granting program). Unregistered members can not access the personal information of any members. Only registered members have access to our online alumni directory.

Q: I would like to donate historical documents to the College. Whom do I talk to? Or, I would like to learn more about a historical person who was connected to the University. Where do I go?

Q: Do alumni have borrowing privileges at the libraries on campus?

A: You may borrow from the College Library system by purchasing an alumni/guest borrower card. You can request an application for an alumni or guest borrowing card at the Alumni Office.

Q: I have graduated from the College and want to join the Alumni Association. What do I do?

A: You can contact the Secretary, Alumni Association on 0836-2378210 or by e-mail at tvmswamy@bvb.edu or you can log on to alumni website http://www.bvbalumni.in and register. If you pay Life membership fee of Rs.1000=00, you shall get access to other member details.

Q: How do I make a donation to the College?Is there Income Tax exemption available?

A: For more information contact the Alumni Office at 0836-2378210 or visit http://www.bvbalumni.in. There is Income Tax Exemption under 80 G is applicable to Donations made to Alumni Association.

Q: How can I contact graduates working in my field?

A: The Alumni Association offers the Alumni Net Works for its members. Information is at http://www.bvbalumni.in .

Q: How do I inform the College of the death of an alumnus?

A: Call the Alumni Records Office at 0836-2378210 and be prepared to give them the following information: Alumnus full name , degree, year and the date of death.
